Annapolis RCMP Crime Report

The Annapolis RCMP responded to 64 calls between April 9 and April 16. Among these were: three false 911s, one traffic accident, and one domestic assault. There were no false alarms reported this week.

Following are a few of these calls:

--April 9 at 12:12 p.m. Parkers Cove. A caller reported being threatened and a possible impaired driver in Parkers Cove.

--April 9 at 1:21 p.m. Highway 1, Clementsvale. A possible impaired driver was reported.

--April 9 at 1:54 p.m. Lequille. A suspicious person was reported to be seen driving around.

--April 9 at 3:38 p.m. Brickton. Police were called to deal with an unwanted person and a broken window.

--April 9 at 4:14 p.m. Brickton. A break and enter was reported in Brickton.

--April 9 at 6:41 p.m. Parkers Cove. A complaint of harassment was reported in Parkers Cove.

--April 10 at 9:44 a.m. Hastings. A break and enter was reported at a cottage in Hastings.

--April 10 at 11:29 a.m. Bridgetown. A break and enter was reported in Bridgetown. Equipment was stolen from a construction site.

--April 10 at 11:40 a.m. Lawrencetown. Harassing phone calls were reported.

--April 10 at 2:40 p.m. Police were called to a traffic accident at a parking lot.

--April 10 at 6:06 p.m. A caller reported youth for under-aged drinking.

--April 11 at 4:45 a.m. Bridgetown. A disturbance was reported in Bridgetown.

--April 11 at 10 a.m. Highway 1, Brickton. A dangerous driver was reported.

--April 11 at 12:10 p.m. A possible impaired driver was reported on the 101 Highway near Middleton. A patrol was made and found the driver was not impaired.

--April 11 at 4:23 p.m. Middleton. An ATV driver was reported seen not wearing a helmet.

 --April 12 at 7:39 a.m. Bear River. A complaint of mischief was reported in Bear River after windows were smashed at a building.

--April 12 at 9:13 a.m. Bridgetown. A case of shoplifting was reported in Bridgetown.

--April 12 at 1:11 p.m. Carlton Corner. Police were asked to perform a wellbeing check on a person.

--April 12 at 4:32 p.m. Meadowvale. Police were asked to serve documents.

--April 12 at 9:39 p.m. Wilmot. A breech of peace was reported in Wilmot. It was determined to be unfounded.

--April 13 at 8:13 p.m. Mount Hanley. A suspicious vehicle was reported.

--April 13 at 11:12 a.m. Dalhousie. Police stopped and search a vehicle. A quantity of marijuana was seized and charges are pending against a male.

--April 13 at 3:12 p.m. Nictaux. Police were asked to perform a VIN number check.

--April 13 at 3:54 p.m. Middleton. Police were asked to perfume a wellbeing check on a resident.

--April 13 at 5:13 p.m. New Albany. A possible impaired driver was reported. The driver was intercepted and found sober.

--April 13 at 6:09 p.m. Torbrook. A dangerous driver was reported. The driver was intercepted and is under investigation for impairment.

--April 14 at 7:22 a.m. Bear River. A complaint of property damage was reported at the Bear River Legion after windows were smashed.

--April 14 at 9:25 a.m. An erratic driver was reported on the 101 Highway near Lawrencetown. The driver was not located.

--April 14 at 9:07 a.m. Carlton Corner. An incident of illegal burning was reported.

--April 14 at 12:44 p.m. A disturbance was reported in Bridgetown.

--April 14 at 3 p.m. A complaint was made about a group of skateboarders in Bridgetown.

--April 14 at 6:35 p.m. Lawrencetown. An individual was reported seen breaking into a building.

--April 14 at 8:45 p.m. Margaretsville. Shots were reported.

--April 15 at 2:22 p.m. An erratic driver was reported in Middleton.

 

Crimes, or information on crimes, can be reported to the Annapolis RCMP at 825-2000 in Middleton, or 665-4481 in Bridgetown. Information on crimes can also be reported to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

    my home in Hastings has been robbed twice and vandalized by having its windows in the back shot out with a pellet gun, I hope this is the end but after a month of torture I am worried that if Police allow these people to keep doing this , that they will escalate
