Police execute search warrant in Upper Granville

Two Annapolis County residents face charges under the Excise Act and the Revenue Act after the RCMP’s Annapolis Valley Street Crime Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant on a home in Upper Granville March 10.

A 53-year-old woman and 54-year-old man were arrested and a quantity of illegal cigarettes were seized. They have both been released on conditions and will appear in Annapolis Royal provincial court on June 7.
