The Bridgetown Farmers & Traders Market is growing with each season.

Now with the Tupperville vendors and Bridgetown vendors joining forces, the winter market has grown to include more than 25 vendors.

Shop local for quality baked goods, preserves and pickles, greeting cards, candles, lavender goods, bath and body care products, jewelry, garden art, sewn and knitted goods, antiques and collectibles, carved wood, vintage decor, and much more.

Enjoy a Saturday lunch at the market cafe, serving an array of local and international flavours. Gift wrapping service is available in December, to support local student fundraisers.

This week only the Bridgetown winter market is joining the Bridgetown Regional High School Craft and Market Expo at the high school on Saturday. It will resume at the Royal Canadian Legion on December 10 and run until Saturday, Dec. 22.

The market then adjourns for Christmas and the month January, to reopen on Saturday, Feb. 2 and continue until Saturday, March 30. Admission is free. Gift certificates are available.

The market’s regular spot is located at the Legion at 20 Jeffrey Street in Bridgetown and runs Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. For more information contact Rachel at, or 312-1235.
