Friday fundraiser helps local lighthouse

Topics :
Hampton Market , Hampton , Church Street , Bridgetown

The Hampton Market is back this year with lots of local produce, bedding plants, arts, crafts, and sewing, plus maple syrup, kick-knacks, and jams and jellies. And there’s a barbecue on hand for hamburgers and hotdogs. Table rentals funds go to the upkeep of the Hampton lighthouse. The weekly event runs on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the community hall and the easiest way to get there is turn on to Church Street in Bridgetown, travel over the mountain and turn right at Hampton. The community hall is about 100 metres east of the intersection.
