4-H Walk-a-thon
September 19 4-H clubs in Annapolis County will walk in Annapolis Royal, Bridgetown, Lawrencetown and Middleton, all starting at 2pm, rain or shine. This fund raiser is for the Annapolis County 4-H Leaders' Council to support the ongoing 4-H programs. Members have sponsor sheets, and donations will be accepted during the walk.

September 17, 18 Bridgetown and Area Friends of the Library is sponsoring a Ciderfest Silent Auction at the James House on Friday (4 to 10 p.m.) and Saturday (10 a.m. to 6 p.m).
